10.15 – 10.45 Brief introduction to the tools to be discussed in the afternoon tools session with: Ambientia, EzyInsights, Flockler, HeiaHeia, Holvi, Intunex, Ninchat, Sininen Meteoriitti, Transfluent

10.45 – 11.45 Research hour, that is, studies of interest to community managers
